Mo Dedat is a chartered accountant and has been working in and with recruitment businesses for 25 years. Mo has held a number of senior positions in the recruitment sector, both in finance and commercial roles including as finance director of the UK & Ireland operations of Adecco.
Since setting up Integra with James in 2012, Mo has helped Integra’s clients grow by advising and supporting their growth plans and providing advice and critiquing sales commissions and growth plans.
James Tack has 20 years’ experience in the health and social care sector and is very well versed in implementing, operating and troubleshooting the pay and bill functions of recruitment agencies.
James’s knowledge and experience in dealing with pay and bill challenges is second to none. Having run thousands of weekly payrolls over the years for our client base, James has not missed any payroll deadlines.
Lyle Ammon has been involved with providing business finance for xx years, both asset finance as well as invoice finance especially to recruitment agencies.
He has held a number of senior roles with ABN and Investec, having joined Integra in 2021 to allow us to offer invoice finance as part of a one stop service to Integra’s clients and also to help grow the Integra client base.
